We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods - Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity - Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained - Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations - Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols in the warehouse - Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and report on key performance indicators - Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors - Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in inventory or shipments - Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes and procedures - Manage and track budget and expenses related to warehouse operations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse management - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems - Excellent leadership and people management skills - Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software - Knowledge of safety and security protocols in a warehouse setting - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits:
