Are you looking to build your career in construction development? We’re looking for a Junior Development Manager to join our growing team and support the delivery of exciting development projects from early feasibility through to handover.

What you’ll be doing

-Supporting project managers with day-to-day coordination

-Helping with feasibility studies, planning applications, and due diligence

-Attending site visits and tracking project progress

-Preparing reports, minutes, tender documents, and project updates

-Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams

What we’re looking for

-A degree in construction, project management, engineering, real estate, or similar

-Strong organisational and communication skills

-A proactive mindset and willingness to learn

-Good attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks

-Experience or internships in construction/development (desirable, not essential)
