Are you looking to build your career in construction development? We’re looking for a Junior Development Manager to join our growing team and support the delivery of exciting development projects from early feasibility through to handover.

• Supporting project managers with day-to-day coordination
• Helping with feasibility studies, planning applications, and due diligence
• Attending site visits and tracking project progress
• Preparing reports, minutes, tender documents, and project updates
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams

• A degree in construction, project management, engineering, real estate, or similar
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Experience or internships in construction / development (desirable, not essential)

• A clear pathway for career growth
• Exposure to a range of construction and development projects
• Training, mentoring, and professional development support
