Core Responsibilities

  • Assist the Site Manager and deputise in their absence.
  • Manage site staff such as Telehandler Operators, Labourers and Apprentices.
  • Implement Health & Safety requirements, risk assessments and method statements.
  • Support onsite construction, customer care and contractor compliance.
  • Maintain site programme, budgets and forecasts.
  • Supervise onsite labour and subcontractor activities, ensuring safety standards.
  • Manage site waste in line with Group policies.
  • Promote community engagement on the development.
  • Comply with company health, safety, environmental and corporate responsibilities.
  • Maintain all company administration procedures.
Ideal Candidate
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction build programmes.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes.
  • Experience delivering customer service requirements.
  • Awareness of codes of practice e.g. NHBC, building regulations.
Qualifications and Training
  • Relevant qualification or good experience in Construction Management; CSCS card minimum.
  • SMSTS Card Holder.
  • First Aid at Work.
  • Scaffolding CISRS.
