They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in Durham.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:

Take the lead on various projects from inception through to completion
Manage a small team of more junior staff members to contribute to their professional development
Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
Produce building regulations and planning applications
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other authorities

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:

Degree within architectural technology
Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
CIAT registered would be desirable
Proficiency with Revit
Experience working on projects across various sectors
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Job running experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
