Duties for the role of Architect include:

Help deliver projects from inception through to completion
Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and technical compliance is achieved
Produce detailed drawing packages and specifications
Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and other internal and external team members

Skills and experience for the role of Architect:

ARB registered
Relevant post Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
Strong design and drawing skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
