Technical Surveyor

Our client based in County Durham are looking for an experienced Technical Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in surveying residential properties, with a strong understanding of energy efficiency measures and retrofit solutions.

Job description:

* Prepare accurate reports, drawings, and specifications for retrofit installations.
 
* Carry out detailed technical surveys of properties to assess suitability for retrofit measures.
 
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, retrofit technologies, and sustainability practices.
 
* Liaise with assessor, customers and installers.
 
* Working across the North East on various ECO projects.

Person specification:

* Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment.
 
* Must have a full UK driving license.
 
* Gas qualifications are highly desirable.
 
* Knowledge of PAS 2035 standards and retrofit coordination.
 
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and produce accurate reports.
 
* Flexible, positive approach to work.
 
* Willing to travel across the UK when required (accommodation & expenses paid)
 
* Must have or be willing to do a basic DBS check before starting employment
