Match and code invoices accurately. Enter invoices and credit notes into the accounts system. Check and reconcile supplier statements Prepare payment runs and update cashflow regularly. Produce month-end accruals and assist with ad hoc finance tasks. Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a similar purchase ledger role. Knowledge of Sage Intacct (preferred but not essential).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Proficient IT skills and excellent communication (written and verbal). Organised and analytical approach to tasks.
