Domiciliary Care Assistant Temporary, Part Time

Position: Domiciliary Care Assistant (Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Part Time)
Total Assist are looking for care assistants for an immediate start in the Durham area.

This is a domiciliary role, where you will be travelling to multiple clients houses during the day and providing care and support.

Your duties will include:

• Assisting patient's with daily activities such as personal care and helping them in and out of bed. Must have experience using hoists.

• Monitoring and documenting patients progress and well-being.

• Building trusting relationships to foster a safe and supportive environment.

• Collaborating with nurses and other professionals to deliver tailored care plans.

The ideal candidate will have the following
- An in date DBS
- At least 6 Months UK work experience within care
- PMVA certificate or experinece in a mental health setting
- Medication handling experience
- Drivers licence and car highly advantageous
