We are supporting a well-established elderly care organisation as they recruit an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to oversee nursing homes across the North East.

As Quality & Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Home Managers and senior teams to achieve and sustain strong CQC outcomes. You will lead on audits, governance frameworks, regulatory readiness and action planning, while providing hands-on support to services requiring improvement. Working closely with operational and clinical leaders, you will help embed a positive quality culture focused on learning, accountability and excellent outcomes for residents.

This is a highly visible role offering autonomy, influence and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple nursing services.
