We are seeking a skilled and motivated School Administrator to join a dynamic and supportive Primary SEN setting. This key role provides high‑quality financial and administrative support to the leadership team and contributes to the smooth running and overall success of the provision.
Responsibilities- Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, including invoices, orders, payments, and reconciliations.
- Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets, financial reports, and year‑end procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records, assisting with audits and statutory returns.
- Liaise confidently with suppliers, staff, and external partners regarding financial matters.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with policies, procedures, and best‑practice standards.
- Experience in a finance or administrative role, ideally within an education or public sector setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident user of financial management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative, proactive approach.

- Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
