A leading property services company is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to support a growing SHDF Decarbonisation project across West London on scattered properties.
Role Overview
You will oversee the delivery of:
* External Wall Insulation (EWI)
* Internal Wall Insulation (IWI)
* Window replacements
Requirements
* Proven experience in retrofit/energy efficiency works
* Strong knowledge of EWI, IWI, and window programmes
* SMSTS/SSSTS and key H&S qualifications preferred
* Confident managing subcontractors, quality, and resident liaison
Offer
* £290–£300 CIS per day
* Long-term, ongoing contract with a major property services provider
