Are you a driven Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of projects from tender through to final account? This is a brand-new opportunity with a fast-growing contractor delivering schemes up to £8m across refurbishment, commercial, residential, and assisted living sectors. With strong year-on-year growth and multiple divisions, you ll be joining a company where your commercial expertise really makes an impact.

• Degree (or HNC with relevant experience) in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• 5+ years post-graduate experience
• Strong all-round knowledge of tenders, contracts, variations, and cost management.
• Confident in building costs independently, not just via supply chain.
• Subcontractor experience desirable but not essential.
• Based within one hour s commute of Ealing office (office-based role with site visits).
• Professional, commercially astute, and eager to take ownership of projects.
