We’s looking for a Digital Product Executive to join our Digital team at Popeyes UK. The Digital Product Executive helps keep Popeyes digital experience in great shape across every customer touchpoint. This role works across the website, app, kiosks and delivery platforms to optimise menus, maintain accurate product information and ensure everything is clear, logical and easy for customers to use.

It’s a hands‑on role that mixes digital merchandising, product thinking and problem‑solving — making sure our journeys are smooth, consistent and commercially sound.

• Update and organise menus across the website, app, kiosks and delivery partners
• Ensure all product information, images and pricing stay accurate and aligned
• Support how new items and promotions come to life across digital channels
• Review performance and identify anything unclear or in need of improvement
• Work closely with Product, CRM, Marketing and Ops to keep everyone aligned
• Support testing, menu tweaks and small digital improvements
• Get involved in wider digital projects when needed

• Experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising or digital operations
• Confident using CMS tools or product management systems
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to interpret basic digital performance data
• Experience updating multiple digital channels
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams
• Understanding of how customers navigate digital journeys
