Currently looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join a leading joinery and interiors contractor based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker to work on high‑end joinery, bespoke furniture, cabinetry, shopfitting, and interior fit‑out projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacture and assemble bespoke joinery items to technical drawings and specifications
- Work with a variety of materials including hardwoods, softwoods, laminates, and sheet materials
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure high standards of finish on all products, suitable for commercial and residential projects
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
- Proven experience as a Bench Joiner
- Strong knowledge of joinery techniques and woodworking machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Competitive hourly rate of £18 - £24 per hour PAYE, depending on experience
- Chance to work on luxury joinery and interior fit‑out projects
