We are working with an established architectural practice in East Grinstead that is looking to appoint an Architect with strong AutoCAD skills to join their growing team.

This is a hands‑on role suited to an Architect who enjoys being involved across the full project lifecycle, particularly detailed design and technical delivery.

• Producing detailed drawings and technical packages using AutoCAD
• Working on residential projects (planning through to construction)
• Coordinating with consultants, clients, and local authorities
• Supporting planning applications and building regulations submissions
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously

• ARB‑registered Architect (or nearing registration)
• Strong AutoCAD experience (essential)
• UK residential project experience preferred
• Solid understanding of UK planning and building regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and time‑management skills
