Boilermaker

Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication sketches, and specifications.

Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal components using cutting torches, grinders, and welding equipment.

Construct, install, and repair boilers, tanks, pressure vessels, pipes, and structural steel components.

Perform welding (ARC, MIG, TIG) and metal joining tasks in accordance with approved procedures and standards.

Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure accuracy and quality of fabricated parts.

Operate workshop machinery such as guillotines, presses, and bending rolls safely.

Align and fit components using jigs, fixtures, and measuring instruments.

Perform maintenance and repair work on mechanical equipment and steel structures as required.

Adhere to company safety procedures and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Report material usage, progress, and any non-conformances to the supervisor.
