An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home based in the Ditchingham, Bungay area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers.

This care home provides support for people with learning disabilities and complex needs who would benefit from living in a more peaceful setting.

To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents.
• Assist with daily tasks, including all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene to days out and companionship.
• Encourage independence, well-being and support vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.

• Have a genuine desire to care for others.
• A good team player.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to show a can-do attitude always.

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of GBP
12.60 per hour, equating to an annual salary of GBP
23,587.20 per annum. This is a permanent full-time role for 36 hours per week on days.
