Are you experienced in working in an Anaerobic Digestion facility?

Do you want the opportunity to progress into management in a small facility?

If successful you will be joining a young but stable AD company with sites across the UK. Their current focus is to employ a Site Manager who will oversee a new small-scale a 1.1MW site in Holton.

Your role within the company will involve leading operations across the anaerobic digestion plant. As part of the role, you will instil a good work culture with employees. This will include ensuring targets are met while maintaining employee satisfaction.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in Anaerobic Digestion. They will feel confident leading others and will be able to ensure smooth running of the facility.

The Role

* Managing operations in an 1.1MW Biomass facility

* Instilling a positive work culture

* Monday to Friday with occasional call out

The Person

* Experienced working in AD/Biomass Plant

* Confident in leadership

* Motivated to run a facility
