Hours:

27.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 1:30 pm, Term time plus 1 week in school holidays.

Salary: £25,185–£25,583 pro‑rata (Actual Salary £16,586–£16,848 pro‑rata).

We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic and good team‑player to join our ICT Team as a Reprographics Assistant. You should be an excellent communicator, capable of training staff on the workings of photocopiers, and adept at managing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Complete reprographics work for staff, taking instructions from standard forms or emails to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare work for reproduction (e.g., exam papers, certificates, newsletters).
  • Complete binding, laminating and hole‑punching.
  • Maintain photocopiers in good working order, order consumables (toner, paper) and liaise with the supplier.
