Position: Reprographic Assistant (Cavendish Education Trust)

Reprographics Assistant – Permanent

Hours of work: 27.5 hours per week (Term Time plus 1 week in school holidays; Monday‑Friday 8 am to 1:30 pm).

Salary: £25,185‑£25,583 pro‑rata (actual salary £16,586‑£16,848).

Responsibilities
  • Complete reprographics work for staff, taking instructions from standard forms or emails to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare work for reproduction, e.g. exam papers, certificates, newsletters.
  • Complete binding, laminating and hole‑punching.
  • Keep photocopiers in good working order, order consumables such as toner and paper, and liaise with the photocopier supplier.
Requirements

Committed, enthusiastic, and a good team player who is an excellent communicator, can train staff on the workings of the photocopiers, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
