Inside Sales Manager

MPLC are the legal way to show movies and TV in a public or commercial space with a vision to be the global number one trusted partner to studios and producers for public performance licensing. We are on a mission to enable companies to use great content while championing content creators and their intellectual property.

We are looking to recruit a talented, ambitious, smart, commercial sales manager to manage and develop our inside sales team. You  support a team of 7 to try and become the most dynamic, innovative sales team in our business, driving outbound sales to UK small businesses across a broad range of industries.

  • Building a high-performing Sales Team:
    Hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strategic planning and execution:
    Developing and implementing strategies to maximize lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Coaching and mentorship:
    Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help your team members improve their skills and reach their full potential.
What we think makes a great Inside Sales Manager

We expect that great candidates will be able to show experience and success in several of the following areas:

  • A passionate and inspiring manager with experience managing and developing an inside sales team.
  • Experience of selling and coaching B2B salespeople to achieve their very best.
  • You have worked in a high-volume outbound call environment.
  • You will have built/rebuilt a sales team and can demonstrate how you did it.
  • Have a growth mindset continually raising standards and performance.
  • You think strategically and have delivered meaningful, sustainable change.
