We are currently recruiting for Temporary Production Operators for a busy skincare manufacturing site in Eastbourne. These positions offer an immediate start and the opportunity to work within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Picking and packing skincare products
- Filling, capping, and labelling items
- Working efficiently on the production line
- Using a computer to:
Log orders, Select items, Check accuracy, Print shipping labels - Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Following instructions and supporting the wider team to meet daily targets
- Strong attention to detail (mistakes can be costly)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work at speed
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy (essential)
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or picking/packing experience preferred but not essential
- Immediate start
- Consistent shift pattern (day or night)
- Supportive environment with clear processes
- Opportunity to gain experience in a growing manufacturing business
