About the Role
- Ensure guest safety in the pool and on the flumes at Splash Waterworld.
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests.
- Promote and organise poolside activities, creating memorable experiences.
- Monitor the pool during busy periods with exceptional attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Bars during Big Weekender breaks, requiring flexibility and reliability.
- Strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail.
- Age 18 or over.
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential; previous lifeguard qualification is preferred.
- Flexible and reliable, able to work 35 hours per week, 5 days a week, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to supervise areas independently.
