The role of the Project Manager – Doors, Doorsets and Hardware will involve:

* Project Manager position dealing with a manufactured range of high quality doorsets & architectural hardware

* Taking projects from the sales team through to delivery

* Ensure projects are delivered on an appreciate timescale in line with customer expectations

* Deliver projects on budget ensuring costs are controlled across the process

* Build and develop relationships with architects and tier 1 contractors

* Deal with any other general admin and technical enquiries

* Dealing with project sizes values up to circa £1m

The ideal applicant will be Project Manager – Doors, Doorsets and Hardware with

* Must have Project Manager, Contracts Manager or related experience within the construction industry

* Must have have experience working with doors, doorsets, hardware & ironmongery,

* Would consider a more junior or assistant project/contract manager looking to step up

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* High levels of attention to detail and organisation

* Full UK driving license

* Hungry, intelligent and humble

* Team player yet able to work autonomously

* Customer service orientated, technical, sociable personality
