A support consultancy is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst for a 6-month contract in East Kilbride, Scotland. The ideal candidate must have 1st Line Support experience and be familiar with Service Desk operations, including incident management and request fulfilment in a public sector environment. Proficiency with Microsoft systems like Windows Server and Office 365 is essential. Candidates should also be eligible for SC clearance.
The role is fully onsite.
