• Deliver an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to legal completion
• Manage and progress sales leads while building strong relationships with purchasers
• Conduct viewings, reservations and contract progression
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover process
• Represent the brand with professionalism and pride on site

• Proven experience as a Sales Advisor or Senior Sales Advisor within house building
• A strong customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
• Confident managing the full sales process
• A professional, proactive and self-motivated approach
