The OpportunityWe're seeking an Audit Semi-Senior to join the busy Audit and Accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA part-qualified accountant with at least 18 months of UK audit experience to take the next step in their career. You'll play a key role in planning, executing, and completing audits, working closely with senior team members and clients.
If you have experience auditing charities, educational institutions, or not-for-profit organisations, that would be a real advantage.
What We're Looking For

  • ACA or ACCA part-qualified (study support available)
  • Minimum 18 months UK audit experience within practice
  • Strong knowledge of FRS
    102
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel - intermediate/advanced)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Experience with IRIS Accountancy software would be beneficial but not essential.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, fieldwork, and completion of audit assignments
  • Prepare financial statements and tax computations
  • Monitor budgets and timelines for audit projects
  • Supervise and support junior team members on-site
  • Review work and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain strong client relationships and keep senior staff updated
