Service Coordinator
Full Time, Permanent
Hampshire, Southampton
Up to £30k DOE + Excellent Benefits
In a nutshell…Our client is a global leader in the maintenance, service & repair to a wide range of engines. With a global footprint in over a dozen countries from the EU to an International stage they are now looking to expand their team with a New Service Co-ordinator to support their operations on a local and European level.
The ideal applicant will have current service coordinator / controller experience scheduling engineers for maintenance, service or repair work.
What's involved for the Service Coordinator…- Assign work to engineers throughout the UK and EU
- Liaise with subcontractors
- Deal with clients on a daily basis
- Multitask and prioritise jobs accordingly
- Work closely with inventory teams to ensure parts are available
- Ability to recognise patterns in warranty work
- Liaise with travel agents to book engineer flights, hotels and transport
- Service Controller / Coordinator / Scheduler background
- Experience scheduling engineer's diaries
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Good computer literacy
- Attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication across all levels
- Ability to work well within a team
- Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am - 5pm (on call 1 week per month)
