Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital is a 46‑bed private hospital in West Hampshire. It specialises in Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Urology, Women’s Health and Spinal surgery and provides on‑site Radiology, Pathology, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy. The hospital has 16 consulting rooms, 46 private patient bedrooms with en‑suite facilities, a 24‑hour resident doctor on site and multiple operating theatres and an endoscopy suite. • Bank/Ad hoc working – no fixed hours, work as needed

• Help monitor and maintain stock levels within the Pharmacy department
• Assist in the procurement of pharmaceutical stock for pharmacy and other departments using appropriate electronic systems
• Support the pharmacist in dispensing controlled drugs
• Participate in quarterly stock takes within the pharmacy department
• Provide general administrative support to the department
• Help with general dispensing as required

• NVQ 2 or equivalent qualification in Pharmacy Services (Buttercups or equivalent)
• Previous pharmacy or hospital pharmacy experience
• Excellent communication and people skills – working closely with patients and clinical staff
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy electronic systems
• Ability to work effectively in a team and also confidently on your own
• Motivated to provide a high‑quality service and enthusiastic about the role
• Proactive and willing to show initiative
