What You’ll Do
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the organisation.
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
  • Drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives aligned with VTCT’s values.
  • Partner with stakeholders on the end-to-end process of recruitment and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
  • Using HR systems to compile reports and insights for the business.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable.
