Here you’ll take the lead of the shift, working with your team of baristas to create the Starbucks Experience for our customers with high quality service, beverages and products, while creating a third‑place environment.

• Lead the shift, coaching your team of baristas and creating a positive learning environment.
• Solve problems in the moment to ensure high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Drive operational excellence to achieve store results alongside the store management team.
• Act as an ambassador for the partner network and commit to making partners feel they belong.
• Work with a diverse range of customers and partners to build meaningful relationships.

• Previous coaching or supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Experience leading operational activities in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
