• Lead by example and ensure the shift runs like clockwork
• Maintain high service and safety standards and keep customers happy
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence
• Co‑ordinate the team during busy shifts, handling cash, safe counts and cash up
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal and clean, addressing any issues promptly

• Cash handling experience (cash up, safe count, etc.)
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills

• Great eye for detail and a passion for providing a memorable experience
• A role‑model attitude, inspiring the team with excellent service
• Proactive thinking and adaptability during busy shifts
