Showroom Advisor – B&Q Eastleigh

  • Shifts available Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 am – 10:00 pm
  • UK notional hourly rate £13.71 per hour

What’s the job?

Sales matter in this role, but your real focus will be the customer. You’ll ask questions and explore possibilities to recommend the right finance, products, and installation options. Using software you’ll produce inspirational designs that bring customer projects to life, coordinating multiple projects and supporting customers virtually and face‑to‑face from inspiration to delivery.

What We Need
  • Proficiency with technology and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship‑building abilities, working closely with colleagues and installers to deliver best service.
  • Target‑driven mindset and confidence in converting designs into sales.
  • Team player with good problem‑solving skills and a keen eye for design.
  • Flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
