Location: Chandlers Ford, with 2 days onsite in head office

Salary: Circa £56,065 and up to 15% discretionary bonus scheme

• Join a cross‑functional product team in a fast‑paced environment, delivering data requirements to support smooth running of our products and services.
• Design and build complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures that drive new APIs, transforming requirements into efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Work with existing data structures to deliver robust, high‑performing database solutions that underpin critical business operations.
• Participate in regular sprints and ceremonies, contributing to a culture of transparency, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach fellow engineers, helping to shape a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

• Proven, in-depth commercial experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Unit testing, Git and Toad.
• Experience with ETL functions for processing data and preparing reports.
• Strong collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork and growth of the team and department.
• Python knowledge to design and deliver robust, high‑performing APIs that seamlessly connect systems.

This role will involve on‑call working on a rota basis (24/7).

To be successful in this role you will be required to pass an enhanced security vetting process.
