Warehouse Operatives Bakery - £14.84 ph

We are seeking dedicated and physically fit Food Production Operatives to join our client s dynamic bakery team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on your feet for extended hours.
• Walking up to 20 miles per shift in a busy production setting.
• Handling and picking food products to high-quality standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety regulations.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production targets.
• Working any 4 shifts across 7 days (Including weekends).

Requirements:

• Physical fitness:
  Able to handle long hours and physical demands of the role.
• Excellent communication skills:
  Clear and effective communication is essential.
• Clean and presentable appearance:
  Required for compliance with food safety standards.
• Available for work on any 7 days, happy working days and nights as required.
• A strong commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety in the workplace.
• Previous experience in food production is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent understanding of the English language due to the picking and operating system.
