Senior Finance Business Partner (6‑month fixed‑term contract)

We are supporting a fast‑growing FMCG/manufacturing business in its search for a Senior Finance Business Partner to play a key role in driving operational and financial performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys working closely with operations, providing insight, challenge and support in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Act as a true finance partner to site leadership, using data and insight to inform decision‑making and support continuous improvement.
• Analysis of site financial performance to support operational decisions.
• Monitoring and reporting daily and weekly KPIs.
• Accurate and timely financial reporting and month‑end processes.
• Preparation of monthly performance reports and forecasts.
• Supporting cost reduction and operational excellence initiatives.
• Management of accruals, prepayments and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Leading site forecasting and annual budgeting.
• Tracking capital spend, benefits realisation and post‑investment appraisals.
• Supporting annual R&D tax credit submissions.

• Experience in manufacturing/FMCG.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability.
• Confident partnering with operations and senior stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
