Children’s Registered Manager – Ebbw Vale

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
Annual Leave: 33 days (including bank holidays)

Are you an experienced Children’s Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to step up? We are recruiting for a passionate and motivated leader to manage a high-quality children’s residential service in Ebbw Vale.

Key Responsibilities:

* Full day-to-day management of a children’s residential home

* Ensure full compliance with CIW regulations and safeguarding standards

* Lead, motivate and develop a stable and skilled staff team

* Promote positive outcomes, safeguarding and emotional wellbeing for children

* Maintain high standards of care, quality assurance and inspection readiness

Essential Requirements:

* Experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care OR
   a Deputy Manager ready for progression

* Strong working knowledge of CIW regulations and legislation

* Proven leadership and people-management skills

* Commitment to safeguarding and delivering high-quality child-centred care

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children) or willingness to work towards
