Monday to Thursday, 10am - 7pm & Friday 10am - 5pm
We are currently seeking a confident, energetic, motivated, and relationship‑oriented Sales Executive who embodies a positive and passionate attitude to join our dynamic sales team.
The ideal candidate will build strong rapport with clients, grow their portfolio, and successfully convert a high number of clients to our services. This role requires efficiently handling a significant client portfolio and dealing with hot and warm leads while upholding business directives and delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a substantial client portfolio and converting leads
- Maintaining strong relationships with external partners and ensuring appropriate handling of all matters
- Acting as the initial point of contact for clients, actively listening, empathizing and determining the best course of action
- Providing compassionate customer service to individuals who have undergone challenging life events, guiding customers throughout their claims journey, and ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
- Focusing on outbound calls to clients who require expertise in finding suitable legal representation
National Claims is a client‑management company based in Edgware, Greater London. We help those who have had non‑fault accidents, clinical negligence cases, and assist tenants in addressing housing disrepair issues. We guide clients through their entire legal journey, connecting them with specialised law firms tailored to their specific needs.
Skills and Experience Required- Accurate data capture and concise summarisation in accordance with business guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both over the phone and through email
- Proficiency in using multiple systems interchangeably and strong keyboard skills
- Organisational skills, efficient time management, and the ability to understand and meet client requirements
- Understanding of compliance importance and awareness of potential consequences to the business if not adhered to
- Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive within a friendly team environment
- Persistence in sales follow‑up inquiries
