• Conduct regular concept customer account hygiene reviews
• Provide virtual customer support and in-person visits when required
• Consult with customers to identify revenue opportunities and maximise their growth potential
• Develop positive and professional working relationships with key stakeholders
• Develop positive and professional working relationships with key suppliers and their field teams
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the concept products and services proposition

• Previous Account Manager experience
• Ability to build strong relationships both face to face and virtually
• Experience working to targets
• Some industry knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
