They are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join the team on an initial 6 month. You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, hybrid working being office based a minimum of 2 days a week. The role is based at the businesses offices at one of the above locations.

Role purpose
Lead complex, multi‑contract change activity across Insurance Pensions & Investment (IP&I) portfolios-spanning UK and European operations-ensuring business continuity and value through the transfer of contracts, novations, and planned exits. Partner closely with stakeholders across IP&I and coordinate dependencies with organisation‑wide contracts.

What you'll do

Own end‑to‑end planning and execution for contract transfers, novations and exits, including commercial strategy, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement and governance.
Coordinate cross‑portfolio activities where services or suppliers are shared with the wider organisation, resolving interdependencies and aligning timelines, approvals and controls.
Negotiate commercial terms and manage supplier performance to protect service, optimise cost and mitigate risk during transition.
Maintain robust contract lifecycle artefacts (plans, risk logs, MI) and provide clear, executive‑ready updates on progress, issues and decisions.
Identify and deliver process improvements and playbooks for repeatable, well‑controlled transitions and exits.

What you'll bring

Deep sourcing/procurement expertise in financial services or insurance, with a track record leading novations, assignments/transfer, Transaction Service Agreements and supplier exit programmes.
Strong grasp of contract law and governance, including cross‑border regulatory considerations (UK/EU) and third‑party risk.
Advanced stakeholder management-able to influence senior leaders, align diverse teams and drive outcomes mercial acumen, analytical rigor and excellent written/verbal communication.
Professional qualifications (e.g., CIPS) advantageous.
