We’re working with a client who are at exciting point of transformation, combining Operational Resilience, Crisis Management, and Physical Security into one integrated function. As part of this journey, we’re seeking an experienced Resilience Exercising Lead to help shape the future of our clients resilience capability.

You’ll take ownership of designing, developing, and delivering tabletop exercises that test resilience and crisis response. You’ll also contribute to the design of a new resilience framework, ensuring governance and processes are fit for purpose.

• Design and facilitate tabletop exercises across operational resilience and crisis management.
• Develop exercise materials: scenarios, injects, role cards, decision logs, and after-action reports.
• Capture and track remediation actions, ideally using Service Now IRM/GRC/BCM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the combined resilience framework.
• Provide clear deliverables: exercise calendar, AARs, governance documentation.

• Proven experience in operational resilience, business continuity, and/or crisis management.
• Strong background in exercise design and facilitation (tabletop, scenario planning).
• Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running in a restructuring environment.
• Familiarity with Service Now or similar resilience/risk platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Exposure to physical security and integration with resilience programs.
• Experience in regulated environments (FCA/PRA/DORA awareness).
