Wellingborough Salary: £40,000 - £50,000  uncapped bonus scheme

Summary:

At Bis Henderson, we are supporting a growing business within the logistics sector. As they continue to expand their footprint within the UK market, they are now looking to appoint a Sales Manager who will be both accountable for generating sales and shaping the commercial sales function with the business. You'll take ownership of sales performance, identify new opportunities, and help build scalable processes that support long-term business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has a driven, entrepreneurial mindset. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a growing e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market growth. Identify and pursue new sales channels, partnerships, and opportunities. Analyse sales data and customer insights to optimise performance. Lead, motivate, and develop the sales function as the business scales. Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to align growth initiatives. Continuously assess improve sales processes and customer journeys. Key Skills /

Experience:

Proven experience in sales / business development management roles, ideally within e-commerce or logistics operations. Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset. Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership and initiative. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Data-driven with the ability to use data to identify and implement performance improvement opportunities. Previous experience leading sales operations within a high-growth business is particularly desirable.
