The Role:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in cost planning, procurement, and financial management across exclusive flat complexes and luxury hotel projects. Your expertise will ensure these landmark developments are delivered on time, within budget, and to uncompromising standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QS to develop their experience beyond standard residential into more bespoke high-end developments.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a QS, ideally within residential or hospitality developments.
Strong commercial acumen and meticulous attention to detail.
