Demolition Labourers

Search Construction is currently working with a number of high profile constructions who are working on a wide range of exciting new projects in 2026 throughout Edinburgh, Lothians and Borders areas.

Search Construction has requirements for experienced Demolition Labourers. The Demolition Labourers are required for a major commercial project based in Edinburgh.

Please apply if you can:

Provide a valid CSCS/CCDO card
Provide details of your working knowledge of demolition practices
Using Grinders, Breakers, Skill saws and hammers
Work at height using a harness
Work under own initiative and as part of a team
Be reliable and are used to work the hours required
Be flexible and be able to prioritise tasks
Provide 2 working references

Duties will include:

• Working at height
• Removing external cladding, floor by floor
• Internal demolition works
• General tidy up of site
• Other associated tasks

Pay Rate: 13.67 including holiday or 16.15 per hour Umbrella.
