Your new company
You will be working with a well-established main contractor renowned for delivering high-quality residential projects across Scotland. They are currently undertaking a high-end residential refurbishment in Edinburgh and are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Foreman to join their team and oversee day-to-day site operations.

Your new role
As Site Foreman, you will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating trades, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining project timelines. You will act as the key point of contact on site, ensuring work is completed to specification and quality standards while reporting progress to the Site Manager.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Site Foreman on high-end residential refurbishment projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and health & safety regulations
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain site productivity
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS certification
• A background in joinery is preferred but not essential
