We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Copywriter in our Creative Services team.

• Job type: FTC – 12 months
• Location: Edinburgh office with hybrid work options
• Flexible working: All roles are open to part‑time, job‑share and other flexibility arrangements

• Salary and benefits: £32,000‑£42,000 DOE plus an indicative bonus range of 16‑32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and more

We’re looking for a creative, detail‑oriented copywriter who can craft clear, compelling, on‑brand messaging across multiple platforms. In this role, you’ll support marketing campaigns, digital content, and day‑to‑day communications by producing copy that engages, informs and drives action.

• Experience writing for the financial services industry or within a creative marketing agency.
• Exceptional writing skills and a proven ability to craft clear, engaging, persuasive copy across formats, including articles, webpages, video scripts and email.
• Experience creating copy that fuels engagement on social media platforms such as Facebook, Linked In, X and Instagram.
• Strong understanding of brand voice and ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
• A creative mindset, skilled in storytelling, able to generate fresh ideas that resonate and inspire action.
• Meticulous attention to detail in grammar, spelling and consistency.
