• Assist Artist Facilitators in assessing the needs of participants and providing creative guidance to facilitate high quality person-centred learning opportunities both face-to-face in Reachout studio and via outreach workshops in various venues.
• Creative workshop proposals, including costings and tools for evaluation/feedback.
• Workshop delivery with various participant groups, including children, young people and adults with mental health challenges, and disabilities.
• Support participants in exploring their artwork and the creative process.
• Undertake monitoring and administrative tasks as requested by the Senior Artist and Engagement Manager.
• Assist exhibition preparation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and contribute to the development of these procedures.
• Promote social inclusion by involving participants as volunteers in the design, management, and delivery of creative services and facilities.

• Availability:
  Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, scheduled on a monthly rota, working 2-3 days per week.

• Knowledge of the use of arts in wellbeing therapies.

• Timely organisation of outreach workshop materials and equipment, set up and tidy up.
• Experience of planning, facilitating and documenting workshops.
• Commitment to understanding mental ill health, disability, and challenging circumstances in a community context.
• Inclusive communication skills, ensuring meaningful interaction with people of varied communication needs, including neurodivergent and non-verbal individuals.
• Proactive attitude to change and development.
• Driving licence and access to a car.
