Key Responsibilities and Skills What You’ll Do

The Centre of Excellence (COE) is the driving force behind Smart

PA, where strategy comes to life. As part of this dynamic, client-facing department, you’ll be the heartbeat of our business – delivering high‑impact, tailored support to a key client account daily.

In the role of Business Support Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing bespoke solutions to a variety of stakeholders. You’ll tackle real challenges, establish meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference to client success.

This particular role is assigned to one of our ‘dedicated’ clients, meaning you will be representing our brand while working very closely with a global tech giant.

This role is for a highly creative individual with an excellent visual design sense and a passion for crafting clear, compelling communication.

What Your Day Will Look Like
  • Design and produce a wide range of visual materials including presentations, reports, infographics, social media assets, and internal newsletters.

  • Develop and refine engaging content (text and visuals) for internal and external communications channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, acting as a brand & narrative guardian.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of content projects, from initial concept and stakeholder consultation through design, review, and final distribution.

  • Maintain and evolve the team’s visual identity standards and templates.

  • Consult with business partners to understand their communication needs and propose the most effective design and content solutions.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of quality under tight deadlines.

Skills About You

You are a visual storyteller who instinctively knows how to simplify complex information into an attractive and easy‑to‑digest format. You are a self‑starter with a strong portfolio, meticulous about design consistency, and skilled at juggling multiple creative projects.

Experience What You’ll Need

Your experience is key but your attitude is what sets you apart.

Essential
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and experience across digital and print media.

  • Expert proficiency with design tools (e.g., Slides, Dashboard, Microsites and Newsletters).

  • Proven experience writing and editing professional, concise, and engaging content for various audiences.

  • Deep understanding of design principles (layout, typography, colour theory).

Desirable
  • Experience with editing or motion graphics software.

  • A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience managing internal communication platforms or email marketing tools.

Monday – Friday

Your working hours will 2:00pm to 10:30pm (UK time), aligned to cover the 9:00am to 5:30pm (EST) business day.
