We need an operatic soprano or mezzo to collaborate on our performance of ‘Gaston Leroux's Phantom of the Opera’.
Event DetailsWe are hosting a Valentine's Day performance of Gaston Leroux's The Phantom of the Opera (8:30pm - 9:30pm):
- SATURDAY 14TH FEBRUARY 2026, 8.30PM
- St Cecilia's Concert Hall, Edinburgh
This is not Andrew Lloyd-Webber's production but our version based on the original novel and returning the singing to its operatic roots. It is a performance for piano, narrator and singer.
We successfully performed it with Ellie Donald on Valentine's Day 2025 and Patricia Hammond on Halloween 2025.
Responsibilities- Singing 6 arias of your choice that fit the mood of the drama at that particular point in the story.
- Representing the character Christine.

Contract & Payment- Contract:
Freelance - Salary: £150 per performance (3 hours work in total; one hour performing + two hours rehearsal; rate of pay: £50p/h)
